About Me
Hello! I am Dad, and I have been cooking since I was quite young. I was inspired by my grandma who was an effortlessly amazing cook, and have watched a fair amount of cooking shows, and made some questionable food along the way.
My cuisine focuses on exceptional flavor while saving time and money. Simple charcuterie boards, buddha bowls, and dips are my current favorites, but I enjoy challenging myself with complex dishes like Greek baklava or the beloved, Slovenian potica!
You can expect some bulk recipes. It’s a great time saver to have a whole meals or parts of meals ready to go. I have been refining my weekly meal prepping, so be on the lookout for more ways to liven up your meals throughout the week.
